ACF Workspace is the free entry point to the Agentic Commerce Framework (ACF), the governance standard for delegated AI decisions. It lets you measure your Sovereignty Score, map the decisions delegated to your agents, and identify your main governance gaps.
Is ACF Workspace free?
Yes, ACF Workspace is free. Advanced needs are covered by ACF Control (continuous control of agents in production) and ACF Compliance (verifiable proof and regulatory mapping).
What is the Sovereignty Score?
The Sovereignty Score is a 0-to-100 measure of the decisional sovereignty an organisation retains over its AI agents, assessed across six dimensions: accountability, reversibility, traceability, threshold control, kill switch, and drift visibility.
What is a DDAO?
The DDAO (Delegated Decision Agent Officer) is the named human accountable for the decisions delegated to an agent, with a right of objection. Founding ACF principle: you delegate execution, never accountability.
How is a decision's criticality calculated?
Criticality is calculated as (impact × frequency × irreversibility) ÷ 10, with each factor rated from 1 to 10. Bands are: below 15 light, 15 to 25 to frame, above 25 non-delegable.
Is ACF Workspace available in English?
Yes. ACF Workspace is available in French and English; the language adapts automatically to the browser, and a switcher lets you change it at any time.
